Flex Consulting was created for those clients who would benefit from quarterly training but whose companies could also use guided, confidential advice on specific issues or projects.

Flex Consulting includes:

• Quarterly Lunch and Learn sessions scheduled at your convenience and recorded, so your team has the opportunity to learn, ask questions, and review as needed.  Topics are varied – an $8000 value.
• Up to FIVE hours of consulting per month (via phone or Zoom/Teams) to address your specific and/or immediate questions and concerns (such as responding to negative feedback from an Indigenous client or customer, how to address Indigenous staff turnover, how to build your Indigenous customer base, how to advertise to Indigenous peoples, how to find Indigenous employers and so much more!) – a $15,000 value
