Building Our Bundles
To exist in Canada today as an Indigenous woman, is to endure racism and sexism, discrimination and prejudice, lateral violence and more. These women are dedicated to making their community better for those who come next but often the work gets too heavy to bear.
This series of four Lunch and Learn sessions have been designed to lift those women up, teaching them how to take care of themselves in hostile environments so they can continue to take care of others.
