Personalities 101

You supervise a team of people, all with different styles, needs and mannerisms.  Sometimes the differences are your team’s strength but sometimes the differences result in conflicts, disagreements, and even staff turnover.  You want to build a team of people who respect each other while giving each other space to be who they are.

This is the seminar that will teach your team how to do just that.

This seminar is as hilarious as it is educational and valuable.  At the beginning of the seminar the participants are asked to complete a simple personality quiz, identifying the traits that are important to them.

Once completed, participants are introduced to the four standard personality types in a familiar and comfortable way – the four personalities go on a road trip!

Hilarious and positive finger pointing ALWAYS results as participants recognize their co-workers, their children, their bosses and even their spouse in the descriptions but the workshop does not stop there.  Before the day is done participants learn how to motivate each of the personality types, how to get along better with each of the types and how to get along with others if you are a specific type.  They even get to practice “walking in each other’s shoes” (metaphorically of course).

This is the workshop that is the most remembered by participants, making it something they can use every day in their workplaces and in their homes.
